iOS iPad App
IBM Cúram Mobile is a mobile front end to Cúram Social Program Management for use by caseworkers in the field. It is designed to empower caseworkers who care for children and for other vulnerable populations (e.g. elderly, homeless) by transforming the visitation processes. With real-time access to case files, and ability for on-the-fly updates, caseworkers can be more accurate, efficient and responsive to client needs.

iOS iPad App
IBM Cúram Mobile went through the full IBM design thinking process. The app is designed to empower caseworkers who care for children and for other vulnerable populations. With the app a caseworkers can be more accurate, efficient and responsive to client needs.
2. Clients Groups
The app solves a huge problem for social workers who previously had to store their client data on office desktops or paper. This was inflexible and required a lot of duplication of their administrative work. We found through research that social workers tend to group clients based on who they'll be seeing during the day, what level of risk that client may be at, or where they live.
3. Clients Profile & Plan
On the product team I worked on UX and Visual Design. I interviewed and tested with social workers and their managers for the governments of Saskatchewan, Nebraska and North Carolina. The product was released in July 2015 as one of the first products under Watson Health.
I worked closely with a large product team that was spread out across the world, along with the core team being in Ireland our offering managment and sponsor users are situated in america, BA's in india and development in China. The app itself has a global market which deals with localisation, language and accessibility issues.
